The Department of the Premier and Cabinet is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information.

Public sector agencies are required to adhere to the Information Privacy Act 2009 (the Act). The Act includes the Queensland Privacy Principles.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we manage the personal information we collect, and the information flows associated with that personal information.

The department also has a Data Breach Policy which outlines the steps that we will take to respond to a data breach including a suspected Eligible Data Breach.
