Body Description:	On reference to it by a workers' compensation insurer of an application for compensation by a worker, to the extent that the application relates to prescribed disfigurement, the Tribunal must assess, by personal examination of the worker, whether the disfigurement concerned is sufficiently severe to be prescribed disfigurement; and, if so, the severity of the disfigurement expressed as a percentage.
